Problem Constellation

The picture on the left is our problem constellation. A problem constellation is when we look into a specific problem and try to find a root cause of this problem. We do this by asking ourselves 'why', why did this happen and then why did that happen, continuing until we can't go anymore, and eventually, finding the root cause of the problem.
